Rocketry has always been unexplored by the commons, because of the misconception about the complexity in this field and that you have to be in some space organization or scientist to make one. Redefining this thought sets the aim of this blog, which has been specially designed for amateurs who want to take their first steps in this field.

ROCK-IT!! attempting for "LIMCA BOOK OF RECORDS"

Limca Book of Records is the record book of Indian origin. It is the only record book of its kind in India. Limca Book of Records was first launched in 1990 with the simple objective of providing a platform to ordinary Indians to showcase their talent in their search for excellence. From then on, there has been no turning back. Today, running its eighteenth edition, the book has not only achieved this objective but has also become a ready reckoner for those who intend to break limits.

Limca Book of Records is the Indian equivalent to the Guinness Book of World Records with emphasis on unique achievements of Indians within the country and abroad. It's a salute to all those Indians who want to do something different and be remembered for their distinctive deeds.

Indian Record Attempt On "Launching Most Water Rocket Simultaneously"

We'll perform a world record attempt on “launching most water rockets simultaneously”. To accomplish this, we will use a gigantic amount of 250 water rockets which will all be launched manually out of the hands of students under the supervision of Rock-IT!! team.

The record category "most water rockets launched simultaneously" will be brand new category in the Limca Book Of Records. The work for official permission from the Limca Book Of Record to perform the world record of “launching most water rockets at the same time” is under progress and we expect the permission soon.

Attempt for Limca Book Of Record is golden opportunity of creating history and will attract both national and international media.

For attempting this record we require over 500 participants interested both in water rocketry and in creating history. And this number is possible with the help from your group of colleges.

We will be organizing workshops with the aim of teaching rocketry science and perfecting the techniques of rocket launching. A modest fee for the workshop will be charged from the participants, as kits will be provide to make water rocket and also have to build fund for the Record attempt.
